Miley Cyrus takes out emergency restraining order against crazed fan

A 24-year-old man was arrested earlier in May and placed in a mental health facility.

Devon Meek, 24, was arrested on May 16 by LAPD’s Threat Management Unit while attempting to meet Cyrus. While in custody, according to court documents, Meek confessed to officers that he believes Miley says she “adores” him in one of her songs.
