UFC fighter Georges St. Pierre was quoted in Men’s Health citing efficient training makes him a top athlete: “You don’t need to fight harder (in your workouts) but smarter.” So when you get to the gym, go for that run or hit that pilates class focus on making each movement the best it can possibly be. “Efficiency is key”.
