2012 Rosé, Sue – Ann Staff

By on April 16, 2014

Niagara Peninsula

This is a Riesling – based wine with a little bit of Cabernet Franc blended in it and adding the pale pink colour; red apple, citrus and floral nuances come across the bouquet; it’s light with wonderful intensity and refreshing acidity, 10% alc. and a neat, sweet and sour pomelo note on the lingering finish; elegant; try it with ham over the weekend; $17 and available from the winery staffwines.com
