2012 Merlot, 13 th Street

Creek Shores, Niagara Peninsula

Deep purple coloured red here that stops traffic for $17 and a few nickels, to be released this Saturday, Jan. 4th by Vintages of the LCBO; blueberry, plums, bittersweet chocolate and smoky aroma tones lead onto the palate with a lovably voluptuous and pure dark berries fruit core, juicy acidity and cashmere – soft tannins; screw cap, so crack and go, curl up the sofa and don’t overcook your winter roasts; Happy New Year!
