Sherry lovers’ sherry !! and a stunner !! light amber in colour; think of the smell of lemon crème brulée, wood burning oven and salty nuts, or dried algae laying by pristine, deserted seashore; the palate comes with warmth and opulence, and with a crisp attitude; superb length here displaying sweet and sour, pink grapefruit and pink salt – like accents; too good; in Vintages @lcbo as of Saturday, March 1st for few pennies less than $twenty; 375 ml bottle; or, just go to Cava Restaurant in the Delisle Court, stone – thrown above Yonge & St. Clair, and ask for a pour of this fine stuff, they got it, this and others, the most impressive lineup of sherry around; and they will masterfully pair up the tastiest tapas to go along; you will be up for a treat; salud !!
