This sensual red is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Garignan grapes sourced from old vines and vineyards; pure black raspberry fruit, Herbes de Provence, sweet tar and bacon fat – scented; medium to full bodied and juicy with silky tannins; possessing a great finish that lingers away with peppery – spicy and summer truffle tones; hard not to like it; try it with herb – roasted whole chicken and smoked sweet paprika glaze; coming to Vintages of LCBO on Feb. 1st and it won’t break the bank, this is a wine you should buy more than a bottle, $16.95 price tag makes it a bargain; also check out oenophilia.ca for other lovely offerings.
