The Niagara Food & Wine Expo is back!

NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. – The Niagara Food & Wine Expo is returning for its second year at the Scotiabank Convention Centre.

“The Niagara Region is known for its world class wine and with the success of last year’s Expo, it was a natural to come back and celebrate the great wine and food that the region has to offer,” said Jennifer Campbell, Show Manager of the Niagara Food & Wine Expo. “We love being able to showcase the tremendous talent from the region as well as bring in the more exotic and lesser known wines and food from around the world.”

The Expo, which runs May 25th to May 27th at the ScotiaBank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, will be welcoming over 150 exhibitors to the show this year.

New to the lineup will be exhibitors from around the world as well as some from closer to home.

“We’re thrilled to be welcoming Carlsberg Canada and Lake of Bays Brewing to the already fantastic beer offerings this year,” said Campbell. “Wine lovers will be able to try out the latest from Colaneri Estate Winery, Lailey Vineyard and Southbrook Winery as well. This is the perfect chance to taste something new from an exhibitor that you may have heard of, but have never got around to trying,” said Campbell.

For those with a sweet tooth, chocolatiers from Marshville Chocolates, one of the Niagara Region’s hidden gems, will be at the Expo for the first time, alongside several other local food favourites.

Also of note is Mott’s booth where Caesar will be king. Those that favour the iconic Canadian drink can’t miss out on what Mott’s Clamato is offering this year.

“One of the things that everyone loves about the Niagara Food & Wine Expo is how there is always something for everyone. If you’re a beer drinker, wine connoisseur, spirits aficionado or foodie, chances are we will have something to please and surprise everyone,” said Campbell.

In addition to the taste sensations, live jazz, soul and classical music will be played throughout the show with performances by The Shea D Duo featuring Peter Shea and Juliet Dunn, Jesse Parent, Tyler Gifford, Melissa Bel and more.
