Okanagan Valley, British Columbia

Bartlett pear, honey and orchard blossoms notes; medium to full – bodied and viscous with wonderful freshness and great overall balance; 14% alcohol well integrated, adding to its weight and glycerous texture; just lovely; I grilled Irish salmon steaks the other day and this wine was just splendid to match along; available in Ontario lifford.com
